RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We don’t allow returns for domestic and international both. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product.
What makes my order eligible for exchange?
Your order is eligible for exchange if,
1. If you have an incorrect product delivered to you i.e., the item delivered doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation.
2. If the item that you have received has a quality/manufacturing defect.
3. Products cannot be exchanged for reasons other than the above.
4. Products on sale are not eligible for exchange.
5. Items which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges. Humdum reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges.
Steps for exchange:
Your exchange request should be sent by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of reception of the package.
The order placed can be cancelled within 1 working day from date of placement.
We will issue a full refund through bank transfer in case its a prepaid order or via any UPI.
